The New Me Initiative is the flagship experience of Lifestyle Coaching Academy: a high-integrity coaching program built to help you take back control of your life through unshakable habits, hard-won confidence, and relentless accountability.
Building Healthy Habits
Each day of this free 90-day program includes a set of core non-negotiable daily tasks that build healthy habits. Miss a day? You restart from Day 1. This phase builds discipline, consistency, and clarity through daily wins.
7 Non-Negotiable Daily Tasks:
45 Minutes of a Workout: This dedicated time for physical activity is essential for building both a strong body and a resilient mind.,
60 Minutes of Personal, Business, and/or Financial Growth: This is your hour of focused work on yourself. You will dedicate this time to learning and applying knowledge to improve your life, career, or finances.
Maintain a Healthy Diet: This is a commitment to fueling your body correctly. The program requires you to eliminate refined sugar, processed food, and corn syrup from your diet.
An Outdoor Walk without Technology: This task is about disconnecting to reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. It provides a crucial mental reset and is a powerful act of mindfulness.
Drink a Minimum of Half a Gallon of Water: Proper hydration is a fundamental component of physical and mental performance. This task ensures you are consistently meeting your body's most basic needs.
Pray or Meditate: This is your time for spiritual or mental centering. Whether through prayer or meditation, this practice builds self-awareness and inner peace.
No Alcohol or Recreational Drugs: The final task is about maintaining clarity and focus. By abstaining from these substances, you ensure that your mind and body are in an optimal state for transformation.
1:1 Coaching
Once you've completed 90 days straight of practicing 7 Non-Negotiable Daily Tasks, you are eligible for 1:1 coaching.
Intake Prompt: You’ll work with a prompt that takes you through a journey of self-discovery and creates your “New Me Story”: outlining your past and present, as well as the changes you need to make to achieve the future you envision. This is the starting point for the work you’ll do with your coach.
Personalized Roadmap: Your coach will create a custom-designed pathway with steps to empower you to reach your long-term life goals.
5 Bi-Weekly 1-hour Coaching Calls: Every two weeks, you will meet with your coach for a strategy and mentorship sessions that helps you navigate your roadmap and empower you on your path.
Program Resources
Declaration: Make a formal promise to your future self to commit to the program, trust the process, do the work and be the change.
Habit Tracker: Check off the non-negotiable task every day to stay accountable and help us identify where support is needed.
Weekly Newsletter: Get actionable insights in your inbox to keep you educated and motivated.
Discord Community: Join others doing the program for group accountability, support, and live bi-weekly group coaching calls for check-ins, encouragement, sharing wins and challenges, and time for Q&A.

You’ll need roughly 2–3 hours total, which can be split into manageable blocks. This includes workouts, learning, and self-care, time you’re likely already spending, just without structure or impact.
